How to Migrate Emails from cPanel server to another cPanel<\/h4>\n

Step 1<\/strong>. Create Email accounts on the new server.<\/p>\n

Before I am going to show that I have some imporant mails in that\u00a0Existing server.<\/p>\n

Existing server I have created one mail ID as (blog@domainname.com) in cPanel, For reference I have attached the screenshot below.<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/strong> –\u00a0All your emails are under the mail directory. Home >> Mail >> domainname.com >> blog (mailID).
\nSo kindly right click >> and compress the folder into ZIP and download to your local PC<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/strong> – Move Emails to the new server<\/p>\n

Create all your email accounts on the new server, as they exist on the old server.\u00a0This can be done from your cPanel control panel on the new server and\u00a0disconnect from the old server.<\/p>\n

Mail account has\u00a0 been successfully created.<\/p>\n

Step 4<\/strong> –\u00a0Uploading the zip file into the mail folder.<\/p>\n

Once email account created in cPanel ( blog@domainame.com)>> the mail folder will automatically created in home >> mail >> blog<\/p>\n

Upload (blog.zip) blog folder\u00a0 from your local to new cPanel server and extract it.\"\"<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Step 5<\/strong> –\u00a0Once all files are uploaded, you are DONE. You can verify that old mails have indeed moved into your newly created email accounts, by logging into your new email accounts using a webmail interface.<\/p>\n

Login to cPanel >> Email account >> blog@domainname.com >> Access webmail.<\/p>\n

Once logged in, you can see your old mails in your new server, without any dataloss.<\/p>\n
