How to create Email Signatures in Webmail
Signature in SquirrelMail
Step 1 – Login into your webmail using below URLs
www.domainname.com/webmail
www.domainname.com:2096
Step 2 – Select SquirrelMail if not already your default webmail.
Step 3 – Click on Options at the top of the screen.
Step 4 – Click on Personal Information.
Step 5 – Add your signature in the Signature Box.
Step 6 – Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
Signature in Roundcube
Step 1 – Log in to Webmail.
Step 2 – Select Roundcube if not already your default webmail.
Step 3 – Click on “Settings” at the top right side of the page.
Step 4 – On the Settings page, click on the “Identities” Tab.
Step 5 – Double click on the email address that you want to create a signature for.
Step 6 – Complete the form including the Signature Box.
Step 7 – Select Save.
Signature in Horde
Step 1 – Log in to Webmail.
Step 2 – Select Horde if not already your default webmail.
Step 3 – Click on the Gear Icon>>Preferences>>Mail.
Step 4 – Click Personal Information.
Step 5 – Select the Default Identity.
Step 6 – Add your signature in the Signature Box.
Step 7 – Click Save at the bottom of the page.
